Cuban Revolution Brings Email Monitoring to Everyone

While Cuba may remain a backwater island in terms of technology adoption and the use of the internet, Cuban authorities are no slackers when it comes to monitoring the use of the internet by Cubans, according to a report (.pdf) released last week by Reporters without Borders. The 7-page report also has a first-hand account by reporter Claire Voeux of how Cuba's computer censorship works.
