Those Cubans who have "ONE" off-shore registered live in friend are not allowed to have a SECOND / THIRD" live in friend whether Cuban / tourist or what ever.

A number have been told they will be charged under criminal law and can loose their homes that were built with money from off-shore friends/husbands/wifes.

The charges are Prositution and Fraud with three years in jail !!!
